Let your tension and anxiety slacken for four minutes thanks to this new Love Chants song. ‘Flower’ opens their second 12 inch for 2013, which is due imminently through RIP Society. The last time I listened to the first Love Chants EP I did so while playing a video game called Flower. This game does not task the player with achieving or defeating anything, but instead lets her move a flower peacefully around a large green field for as long as they want. There is no pressure to achieve anything. It is a very pretty game. It is very significant for me that the new Love Chants song is also called ‘Flower’.
